CONFERENCE REMINDERS

Directions & Parking: Click here for a campus map and directions to Haskell. There may be some traffic congestion in town due to construction. On campus, visitor parking is available near Stidham Union and south of the auditorium.

Opening Ceremony & Registration: Join us on Thursday, June 8 at 4:00 pm for an opening ceremony at the auditorium. Registration will take place following the opening ceremony from 4:30-5:30 pm at Stidham Union. Conference materials and name badges will be available at the registration table.

For those attending Friday, June 9 only, registration will be available from 8:00-8:30 am at Stidham Union.

Networking: If you would like your email included on a networking contact list to be shared with attendees following the conference, complete this online signup form or find a hardcopy at registration.

Food: Conference registration includes Friday Breakfast and Friday Lunch. In addition to those meals, we will have hors d'oeuvres at the Thursday evening social hour and snacks throughout the conference. All food includes dairy free, vegan, plant based, and gluten free options. For a small conference, we have done our best to accommodate these needs and we encourage you to bring your own snacks as needed. Special thanks to Chef Jason Champagne of Native Chef LLC for providing our meals.

Nursing/Privacy Room: A private room is available during the conference at the Career Center in Stidham Union. If you need assistance, check with someone at registration.
